Nice tour with Marco - Very nice and educational tour. We saw a lot of different styles of arquitecture. Our driver Marco was very friendly and answered all of our questions.

Agrigento was something to... read more see. We had two hours there and that was more than enough time since we walk relatively fast. The tour says four hours at the Valley of the Temples but it is not necessary.

The Scale of the Turks was great too. Beautiful beach as well. There was a Tuk Tuk to cart you from the top of the hill to the beach and back. That was very helpful for my mother.

The company was not at all transparent with the length of the delay. I had to reach out to them multiple times about where my driver was and when they would arrive. At no point did they give me a clear answer. All they said was that the highway traffic was bad — it was a Sunday — and the highway looked clear to us when we hit the road.

There was zero remorse from the company about the huge delay. We would have been better off taking a taxi or a bus. The whole point of paying for such an expensive service is the convenience and efficiency. Nothing about my experience with this company was efficient or convenient.
