  Worst start to my vacation  - We were told the driver would be late, but not given any specific time. 10 minutes turned to 20 turned to 40 we didn’t get a driver to us until... read more an hour and 15 minutes after we originally booked.

The company was not at all transparent with the length of the delay. I had to reach out to them multiple times about where my driver was and when they would arrive. At no point did they give me a clear answer. All they said was that the highway traffic was bad — it was a Sunday — and the highway looked clear to us when we hit the road.

There was zero remorse from the company about the huge delay. We would have been better off taking a taxi or a bus. The whole point of paying for such an expensive service is the convenience and efficiency. Nothing about my experience with this company was efficient or convenient.
