We had to make time changes as our flight arrival was earlier this was taken care of via an email very easily. Prompt response and thankfully no additional admin fee.
Will definitely use them again when the need arises.

  We were going to stay for 3 weeks but extended with another 2 in the end. It was very easy to change the pickup date (2 days before) to no extra cost.

The company was not at all transparent with the length of the delay. I had to reach out to them multiple times about where my driver was and when they would arrive. At no point did they give me a clear answer. All they said was that the highway traffic was bad — it was a Sunday — and the highway looked clear to us when we hit the road.

There was zero remorse from the company about the huge delay. We would have been better off taking a taxi or a bus. The whole point of paying for such an expensive service is the convenience and efficiency. Nothing about my experience with this company was efficient or convenient.
